When Should You Start Remote Viewing Training?


Training Techniques That Can Help You Develop Your Ability to Practice Remote Viewing

Do not make the mistake of thinking that remote viewing is the same as an out-of-body experience, because it isn’t. Out-of-body (Astral travel) experiences are spiritual, not physical, when viewing a place or event.

Remote viewing training is not the same as having an out of body experience. Having an out of body experience, also called astral travel, occurs when you travel in spirit form (or incorporeally) to see a place or an event \"in person.\"

Remote viewing is really a form of psychic dowsing, where you're using psychic power to seek what you want to find. If you know how to do remote viewing, you can use this form of ESP to locate what you want to find.

Imagine the possibilities. You could reach out to your children and see that they are safe, even in public places. The peace of mind and the security that comes with the ability to remote viewing and all the benefits, priceless.

Why is remote viewing different from other psychic abilities? It can be learned by anyone who wants to develop the ability to remote viewing. Research shows there are many non-psychic individuals who have been taught to fall into a sufficient trance-like state and were able, with a high level of accuracy, to remote viewing.

Remote viewing is different than other forms of psychic ability because anyone can learn how to practice remote viewing. In fact, non-psychic people, too, have been shown to be able to practice remote viewing once they enter into a sufficient trancelike state. And in fact, the results they got were very accurate indeed.

1. Sit comfortably somewhere where it's quiet and close your eyes. Make sure you have no distractions before you start.

3. It is key for you to be able to believe in what you're doing to have success in remote viewing. As you go deeper into relaxation, you need to believe that you'll be capable of seeing events, places or people that you've never actually physically seen.

4. Begin your remote training by choosing a target that's really simple, but that will show your mind that you truly are capable of doing this type of psychic viewing. One good way to do this first exercises to view yourself from a place in front of you, looking 'back at yourself' over your shoulder as you relax in the chair, as if through a mirror. It can be a little difficult to do this at first, but practice some patience, here. As you continue, you'll see yourself from the opposite perspective as others see you, which will give you a wonderful surprise.

5. Once the needed mental control has been mastered so that you can view yourself from a remote viewing, cast your remote viewing eye wider. Observe a familiar location. Perhaps a family member or parents home. This will suffice during the training of your mind. Notice things out of place. Small things. Things like a magazine on a table, dishes on the sink in the kitchen. This reinforces what you have seen and is important and will show you what the mind is capable of achieving.

5. Once you've got the mental control that comes from being able to view yourself remotely, you can challenge yourself little bit and cast your remote viewing eye a little wider. One of the ways to do this is to pick a location you know very well, such as your parents' home or a friend's home, and focus. Cast your \"eyes\" about and notice small things that may be out of place like books on a table, or dishes in the sink, and make note of them. As soon as you can, call the person who lives there and ask if what you saw was real. This will reinforce that what you've seen is in fact accurate. This is important, because it'll show you that you really are capable of achieving this particular skill.

You can also change your remote viewing exercises so that you're including two people. This will give you feedback and results almost immediately. Instead of viewing places or people you want to focus on, simply have a friend sit in another room and do a simple hand gesture, like waving, or pulling on the hair. Focus on what your friend is doing and see if you can pick it up; after the exercise is over, compare results and see if what you saw was right.

As you continue to practice, you'll find that it's much easier and faster to get yourself into a relaxed state than it has been previously. In fact, this relaxed state is similar to the trancelike relaxations people achieve when they're under hypnosis. They're still fully awake, but their body is fully relaxed, so that they can access their subconscious minds directly.
