Remote Viewing Training - What Age?
What is remote viewing? It's a psychic ability and it gives you the means to see people, places and objects that are not within your immediate realm, where they can be accessed with your five senses. That means that you can't hear, see, etc., by the way you do normally, but you can use your own psychic ability to access these things in your mind's eye without having to be there in person.
However, don't think that remote viewing is the same as having an out of body experience. An out of body experience, also called \"astral travel,\" means you travel incorporeally in spirit form to see a place or an event.
With remote viewing, you do a sort of \"psychic dowsing,\" which means that you use your psychic power seek out what it is you want to find. If you have remote viewing training, you are in fact using a type of extrasensory perception, or ESP, to find what you're looking for.
Even if you don't think you are psychic, in fact you are. Every human being has at least some level of psychic ability and that is inborn naturally. The problem is, for many of us, this has not been fully developed in our youth. Because most of us only use about 10% of our brains' capacity, the vast majority of us have 90% of our brainpower left untapped and unused. In fact, this is a waste, and most of us are not quite sure what we could do with it.
We all have at least some latent psychic ability, but many of us have not fully developed this as with other skills, when we were young. Remote viewing is different than other forms of psychic ability because anyone can learn how to do it. In fact, studies have shown that even so-called 'non-psychic' people can practice remote viewing once they've been taught to enter into a trancelike state. And, they were very accurate as well.
Try it for yourself. Take a look at the following steps and try to follow them:
1. Sit comfortably somewhere where it's quiet and close your eyes. Make sure you have no distractions before you start.
2. Breathe deeply through your nose, relaxing as you do so. You may find that your breathing is easier if you press your tongue to the roof of your mouth, lightly, which will also thwart your tendency to yawn.

4. When you train yourself in this type of remote viewing, you can choose a simple target at first to show that you are actually capable of achieving this type of psychic vision. You can perhaps begin to view yourself, for example, from a place directly in front of you, as though you're looking directly back at yourself through a mirror. It can be a little bit difficult at first to see yourself in this fashion, but have some patience. When you do see yourself from this angle, too, you'll have a wonderful surprise.
5. Once you've gotten this first exercise under control and can see yourself from a remote perspective, try to go a little bit 'wider' with your view, and observe a location you know well. A friend's or parent's house that you know very well is a good place of practice. When you do this second remote viewing exercise, try to notice things that are out of place that normally wouldn't be, such as magazines on the table or dishes in the sink. When you've got a chance to, call and confirm what you've seen. You'll reinforce what you've seen, which is important, because it will show you that you can indeed practice remote viewing with your mind -- and it can show you the power your mind has.
It's also possible to change these exercises for remote viewing training to include two other people. The response time for feedback and results will be much faster. In your place, have a friend (in another room) repeat simple movements like pulling hair or waving a hand. Try to see, through your remote viewing exercises, which movement your friend is repeating. Compare the notes from both of you and get the results.
Once you've spent some time practicing these training techniques in remote viewing, you probably find it is much quicker and easier to get yourself into a relaxed state than it has been previously. The state you achieve when you do remote viewing is very much like the trancelike state people achieve when they're under hypnosis. Even though they're still wide awake, their bodies are relaxed and they can access their subconscious minds much more easily.
We can much more easily access our psychic abilities of our subconscious minds, so the more you practice these techniques in remote viewing training, the more expert you'll become.
