Remote Viewing Training - Alternative Methods


What is remote viewing? It's psychic ability that lets you see places, objects or people not within your normal sight range. In other words, you can't see or hear things by \"normal\" methods, but you can use your own internal psychic ability, something you have naturally, to perceive things without having to be there in person.

Do not confuse remote viewing training with an out of body experience. They are not the same. An out of body experience, or Astral travel, is a spiritual experience to view an event or a place.

By contrast, remote viewing is really a form of what's called 'psychic dowsing,' and when you engage in psychic dowsing, you're using psychic power to seek out what you want to find. You're basically using a form of ESP to find what you want to find, in other words, when you use remote viewing.

Everyone is psychic, by the way. Most of us just don't develop this power fully when we're young. And because most of us only use 10% of our brains' capacity, you have to realize that we have another 90% of brainpower that is dormant and left untapped and untrained that we're not using and don't know what to do with.

Imagine the possibilities. You could reach out to your children and see that they are safe, even in public places. The peace of mind and the security that comes with the ability to remote viewing and all the benefits, priceless.

Why is remote viewing different from other psychic abilities? It can be learned by anyone who wants to develop the ability to remote viewing. Research shows there are many non-psychic individuals who have been taught to fall into a sufficient trance-like state and were able, with a high level of accuracy, to remote viewing.

Here are some training techniques you can try on your own.

2. Breathe deeply through your nose, relaxing as you do so. You may find that your breathing is easier if you press your tongue to the roof of your mouth, lightly, which will also thwart your tendency to yawn.

3. A key factor, in your success, will be belief in your remote viewing. While you fall deeper into your state of relaxation, you need to believe in your capabilities of focusing on events, people or places you’ve not physically seen.

4. Your training in remote viewing often starts by choosing a simple subject, just to show your mind that you are capable of achieving this type of psychic seeking. Begin by viewing yourself from the rear, in a place in front of you. Like you were looking at your relaxed body, while you sat there, through a mirror. Have patience, it may be difficult at first to permit your mind to see yourself in an opposite perspective. However, when you finally see yourself as others see you, and when you do, you will be in for a wonderful surprise.

4. One of the first things you can do with your remote training skills is to choose a simple target that will let you actually show your critical mind that you can indeed be successful at remote viewing. One simple way to start is to just view yourself from a place in front of you, as though you're looking back behind you at a relaxed body, as though you're looking through a mirror. It can be somewhat difficult to allow yourself to see yourself in this way, as others see you, but a little patience will help you see success. When you can see yourself as others see you, this will give you a wonderful surprise.

It’s possible to adjust the training exercises of remote viewing to add two to your training program. This will enable you to get feedback and results much faster. Have a friend sit in another place instead of viewing people you want to see. Have this friend repeat simple movements like pulling hair or waving with their hand. Through remote viewing try to see if you can perceive what movement your friend is repeating and compare notes for results.

You can also change your remote viewing exercises so that you're including two people. This will give you feedback and results almost immediately. Instead of viewing places or people you want to focus on, simply have a friend sit in another room and do a simple hand gesture, like waving, or pulling on the hair. Focus on what your friend is doing and see if you can pick it up; after the exercise is over, compare results and see if what you saw was right.

As you continue to practice, you'll find that it's much easier and faster to get yourself into a relaxed state than it has been previously. In fact, this relaxed state is similar to the trancelike relaxations people achieve when they're under hypnosis. They're still fully awake, but their body is fully relaxed, so that they can access their subconscious minds directly.
