The psychic ability of remote viewing is the ability to view people, objects or places that can not be seen with the normal humans five senses that we all possess. Meaning you cannot see these objects with your normal senses and your psychic ability needs to be developed to perceive objects out of the range of your vision.

Do not confuse remote viewing training with an out of body experience. They are not the same. An out of body experience, or Astral travel, is a spiritual experience to view an event or a place.

With remote viewing, you do a sort of \"psychic dowsing,\" which means that you use your psychic power seek out what it is you want to find. If you have remote viewing training, you are in fact using a type of extrasensory perception, or ESP, to find what you're looking for.

All of us have at least some latent psychic ability that has never been fully developed for most of us when we were young. Because we only use 10% of our brains' power, another 90% is dormant, left untrained and untapped, and we are not quite sure what we should do with it.

However, with remote viewing, you can use this ability to check in on your kids even when they're out of your sight and know that they're okay when they're away from you. This gives you intense peace of mind and security, and of course being able to use remote viewing for beneficial practices is absolutely priceless.

Imagine what it might be like if you could simply pause for a moment, \"reach out with your mind,\" and know that your children were fine, even if you couldn't see them. This gives you great peace of mind and security, and it's priceless to be able to use remote viewing for this type of beneficial need.

You can try some of these remote training techniques on your own:

1. Get seated in a comfortable place, closing your eyes. Eliminate all distractions before beginning.

2. Relax. Breathing deeply through your nose. By pressing your tongue to the roof of your mouth you will find it easier to breath. You will also find that the tendency to yawn will be curbed while practicing this phase.

3. It is key for you to be able to believe in what you're doing to have success in remote viewing. As you go deeper into relaxation, you need to believe that you'll be capable of seeing events, places or people that you've never actually physically seen.

3. Because the ability to believe in what you're doing is central to your success rate with remote viewing, remind yourself that you are very capable of seeing places, people are events that aren't directly in front of you as you go deeper into your relaxed state.

4. One of the first things you can do with your remote training skills is to choose a simple target that will let you actually show your critical mind that you can indeed be successful at remote viewing. One simple way to start is to just view yourself from a place in front of you, as though you're looking back behind you at a relaxed body, as though you're looking through a mirror. It can be somewhat difficult to allow yourself to see yourself in this way, as others see you, but a little patience will help you see success. When you can see yourself as others see you, this will give you a wonderful surprise.

You can amend these remote viewing training exercises and include two people instead of just yourself so that results and feedback will come to you much more quickly. Instead of viewing people or places you want to see, simply have a friend sit in another room, out of your line of sight, and repeat a simple movement like pulling his or her hair or waving a hand. When you do your remote viewing exercises, try to see what your friend is doing and then compare notes after the exercise to see what the results were.

You may find that it is both quicker and easier to fall into a relaxed state once you have been spending time practicing your remote viewing training techniques. This is a similar state of relaxation to the trance-like state of relaxation reached under hypnosis. While still conscious of what is going on, the body relaxes enough to access the subconscious mind.

As you continue to practice, you'll find that it's much easier and faster to get yourself into a relaxed state than it has been previously. In fact, this relaxed state is similar to the trancelike relaxations people achieve when they're under hypnosis. They're still fully awake, but their body is fully relaxed, so that they can access their subconscious minds directly.
