Effective Ways To Learn Remote Viewing Training
Training Techniques That Can Help You Develop Your Ability to Practice Remote Viewing
Do not confuse remote viewing training with an out of body experience. They are not the same. An out of body experience, or Astral travel, is a spiritual experience to view an event or a place.
By contrast, remote viewing is really a form of what's called 'psychic dowsing,' and when you engage in psychic dowsing, you're using psychic power to seek out what you want to find. You're basically using a form of ESP to find what you want to find, in other words, when you use remote viewing.
Everyone is psychic, by the way. Most of us just don't develop this power fully when we're young. And because most of us only use 10% of our brains' capacity, you have to realize that we have another 90% of brainpower that is dormant and left untapped and untrained that we're not using and don't know what to do with.
We all have at least some latent psychic ability, but many of us have not fully developed this as with other skills, when we were young. Remote viewing is different from other forms of psychic abilities because anyone can learn how to do it. In fact, many so-called 'non-psychic' people have shown that once they've been taught how to access the trancelike state, they could remotely view what they wanted to with a high level of accuracy.
Try these simple remote viewing training techniques for yourself:
1. Get seated in a comfortable place, closing your eyes. Eliminate all distractions before beginning.
2. As you relax, breath deeply through your nose. By breathing this way you may find control easier if you press your tongue to the roof of your mouth. This will also control the tendency to yawn when you are in this phase.
3. To ensure that you have your most success in remote viewing, suspend, too, any belief that remote viewing is a hoax or otherwise not possible. You have to believe that you are at least capable of seeing places, people or events that you've never seen physically.
3. Because the ability to believe in what you're doing is central to your success rate with remote viewing, remind yourself that you are very capable of seeing places, people are events that aren't directly in front of you as you go deeper into your relaxed state.
5. Once you have mastered the needed mental control to remotely view yourself, project your remote view eye a wider distance. Observe a place you are familiar with. Maybe a family members or parents home will do during the training of your mind. Look for things out of place, small things. Like a magazine on a table or dishes in the kitchen sink. When you have the opportunity, call and confirm what you have seen. This reinforcement is important. It shows you what your mind is really cable of achieving.
An easier way to do these remote training exercises can also include two people so that results and feedback can be gotten much more quickly. Instead of a hearing place or people you want to see from a remote perspective, simply of a friend sit in another room and repeat a simple movement like waiting the hand or pulling the hair. Through remote viewing, try to see what your friend is doing and then compare notes after the experience to see what the results were.
Once you've spent some time practicing remote viewing training techniques, you may see that in fact, it's becoming much easier and quicker to get yourself into a state where you can do this. Oftentimes, the state you are in when you do remote viewing is trancelike, much like what those under hypnosis do. Even though these people are still very much alert, their bodies are relaxed and they can access the subconscious mind directly.
For all of us, psychic abilities are much easier to access through the subconscious, so the more you practice these remote viewing training techniques, the better you'll become at them.
