Training Techniques That Can Help You Develop Your Ability to Practice Remote Viewing

However, this isn't the same thing as an out of body experience. An out of body experience is also called astral travel, and it's where you're traveling in spirit form, out of your body, to actually view an event or place with you 'there.'

The ability to do remote viewing is the psychic power where an individual can search for a person or object. An individual who has developed this ability, of psychic viewing, uses a form of ESP to enable him or her to locate what they are looking for.

This form of psychic ability is latent in all humans and has never been developed while we were young. It is also true that most of us use only ten percent of our brain capacity and that leaves the other ninety percent unused, dormant and untrained. And we have no clue what to do with it.

However, with remote viewing, you can use this ability to check in on your kids even when they're out of your sight and know that they're okay when they're away from you. The difference of remote viewing to other psychic abilities is that anyone can learn to do it. Study results show that many individuals who were non-psychic have learned this ability. They have been tutored how to enter a sufficient trance-like state and were able to perform remote viewing with a high level of accuracy.

Try these simple remote viewing training techniques for yourself:

1. Sit in a comfortable, quiet place and close your eyes. Clear of any and all distractions before you start.

2. Relax, breathing deeply through your nose as you do so. You'll likely find that your breathing is going to be easier to control if you \"relax\" your tongue and press it lightly to the roof of your mouth. This will also discourage the natural tendency to yawn during this phase of your viewing.

5. Once you've mastered the control that you need to have to see yourself from this type of remote perspective, you can challenge yourself somewhat by going little bit further in your mind's eye. Cast your remote 'seeing eye,' in other words, a little bit wider, and observe a location from your distance that you know very well. Perhaps a friend's or parent's home is someplace your you are very familiar with, and if so, you can test yourself by noting where dishes are sitting in the sink, or magazines are sitting on the table. As soon as you can, call that person and check and see if what you saw was really what was happening. This will help you reinforce what you've seen, and this is important because it will show you that you are capable of doing this.

Have a friend sit in another place instead of viewing people you want to see. Have this friend repeat simple movements like pulling hair or waving with their hand. Through remote viewing try to see if you can perceive what movement your friend is repeating and compare notes for results.

Once you've had some time to practice remote viewing training techniques, you'll see that it's much easier to become relaxed. It's very similar, in fact, to the trancelike states that people achieve when they're under hypnosis. These people are still wide-awake, but they are relaxed enough so that they can access their subconscious minds directly.

As you continue to practice, you'll find that it's much easier and faster to get yourself into a relaxed state than it has been previously. In fact, this relaxed state is similar to the trancelike relaxations people achieve when they're under hypnosis. They're still fully awake, but their body is fully relaxed, so that they can access their subconscious minds directly.
