Alternative Ways To Learn Remote Viewing Training
Remote viewing is actually a psychic ability, and it lets you see people, places and objects not within your normal realm of five senses. In other words, you can't see them by natural means, but you can use your own psychic ability, which is innate, by the way, to perceive things without having to actually directly experience them.
Do not confuse remote viewing training with an out of body experience. They are not the same. An out of body experience, or Astral travel, is a spiritual experience to view an event or a place.
By contrast, remote viewing is really a form of what's called 'psychic dowsing,' and when you engage in psychic dowsing, you're using psychic power to seek out what you want to find. You're basically using a form of ESP to find what you want to find, in other words, when you use remote viewing.
Everyone is psychic, by the way. Most of us just don't develop this power fully when we're young. And because most of us only use 10% of our brains' capacity, you have to realize that we have another 90% of brainpower that is dormant and left untapped and untrained that we're not using and don't know what to do with.
Just imagine for a moment. What it would be like to look for your child and know that they were okay and safe such as at public park. Imagine the security and peace of mine you would have. The benefits would be priceless.
Imagine what it might be like if you could simply pause for a moment, \"reach out with your mind,\" and know that your children were fine, even if you couldn't see them. This gives you great peace of mind and security, and it's priceless to be able to use remote viewing for this type of beneficial need.
Here are some training techniques you can try on your own.
1. Sit quietly in a comfortable place and close your eyes. Make sure you have no distractions that could make it hard for you to concentrate before you begin.
2. Relax, breathing deeply through your nose as you do so. You'll likely find that your breathing is going to be easier to control if you \"relax\" your tongue and press it lightly to the roof of your mouth. This will also discourage the natural tendency to yawn during this phase of your viewing.

4. Your training with remote viewing begins with a simple target. This is to show you that your mind is capable of achieving this form of psychic ability. Start by viewing yourself at a place in front of you, looking at yourself in your relaxed state from the back. As if looking in a mirror. It may be difficult at first, but allow your mind to view yourself from the opposite perspective and be patient. When your able to see yourself in that perspective, as others see you. You will be in for a big surprise.
5. Once you've mastered the control that you need to have to see yourself from this type of remote perspective, you can challenge yourself somewhat by going little bit further in your mind's eye. Cast your remote 'seeing eye,' in other words, a little bit wider, and observe a location from your distance that you know very well. Perhaps a friend's or parent's home is someplace your you are very familiar with, and if so, you can test yourself by noting where dishes are sitting in the sink, or magazines are sitting on the table. As soon as you can, call that person and check and see if what you saw was really what was happening. This will help you reinforce what you've seen, and this is important because it will show you that you are capable of doing this.
5. Once you've got the mental control that comes from being able to view yourself remotely, you can challenge yourself little bit and cast your remote viewing eye a little wider. One of the ways to do this is to pick a location you know very well, such as your parents' home or a friend's home, and focus. Cast your \"eyes\" about and notice small things that may be out of place like books on a table, or dishes in the sink, and make note of them. As soon as you can, call the person who lives there and ask if what you saw was real. This will reinforce that what you've seen is in fact accurate. This is important, because it'll show you that you really are capable of achieving this particular skill.
Once you've spent some time practicing these training techniques in remote viewing, you probably find it is much quicker and easier to get yourself into a relaxed state than it has been previously. The state you achieve when you do remote viewing is very much like the trancelike state people achieve when they're under hypnosis. Even though they're still wide awake, their bodies are relaxed and they can access their subconscious minds much more easily.
For all of us, psychic abilities are much easier to access through the subconscious, so the more you practice these remote viewing training techniques, the better you'll become at them.
