Remote Viewing Via Affirmations


Remote viewing is the name for the psychic ability that allows you to see places, people and objects without using any of the regular five senses. This means that even though you wouldn't see or hear those things by proximity, you can train your own latent psychic abilities to perceive certain things even without you being there in person.

However, remote viewing is not the same as having an out of body experience. An out of body experience, also called 'astral travel,' is where you travel in spirit form directly to the place or event you're viewing.

Remote viewing lets you as the psychic use your psychic powers to seek out what you want to find. It's a form of psychic dowsing. You as the remote viewer are using a kind of ESP to find what you're looking for.

Every person on this planet has latent psychic ability that he or she may not know is present. It may not have been developed in us when we were young. Most of us only use 10% of our brain's actual capacity, which means that 90% of our brainpower is untouched. In addition, it's untrained, so we don't know what to do with it even if we can access it.

Imagine being able to focus your mind and be reassured that your kids are okay when they're away from home. This kind of peace of mind is invaluable.

Remote viewing differs from other types of psychic ability because anybody can learn how to become a remote viewer. In fact, studies show that many so-called 'non-psychic' people have indeed demonstrated an ability to perform remote viewing once they've been put into a 'trancelike' state; once there, they could indeed produce results from remote viewing that were highly accurate.

Here are some basic remote viewing exercises for you to try:

*Sit quietly in a comfortable chair and close your eyes. Make sure there are no distractions like noises, uncomfortable bodily feelings like hunger, etc. You want to be able to focus your entire attention on the exercise.

*Inhale deeply through your nose and relax. You may find it's easier to control your breathing if you press your tongue to the roof of your mouth very lightly. This will also help thwart any urge you might have to yawn while you're doing this.

*As you do this, suspend any disbelief you might have as to how successful remote viewing is, at least temporarily and while you are in this state. As you go deeper and deeper into relaxation, it's key that you need to believe that you're capable of remote viewing, and of seeing events, place or people that you can't physically see with your eyes.

*Try something simple to get you started. For example, you could see yourself in your mind's eye as though you were standing in front of yourself in your relaxed state and looking back toward this relaxed self. It can be hard at first to allow your mind to see yourself in this manner, but with patience, you can do so. When you do achieve success and see yourself in this angle as others also truly see you, it will be a very pleasant and wonderful surprise for you.

*Once you can see yourself from this kind of relatively simple remote viewing perspective, make it a little bit more challenging. Pick a location that you're very familiar with but that is nonetheless some distance away from you. For example, perhaps you can use a family member or friend's home as the location you want to see. As you train your 'remote viewing' on this location, take note of anything that may not be as it normally is when you've been there before. Perhaps there are books stacked on the coffee table or some scattered toys on the floor. Make note of these 'out of place' things that make this particular view unique from any others you have seen previously. As soon as you get a chance, call and ask your friend or family member to confirm what you saw with your remote viewing. Confirming that your view was accurate is very important, because it will give you greater confidence in your ability to do this type of remote viewing.

You can also change this exercise so that you include a friend or family member who is nearer you physically. Have this friend or family member sit in another room out of your line of sight and repeat some type of simple movement, like waving a hand, twirling a lock of hair, and so on. Relax and train your mind's eye on the action being performed, utilizing remote viewing to do so. After you've completed the exercise, ask your friend or family member to confirm or refute what your results were.

You may also find that once you've spent some time practicing remote viewing techniques, it's much easier to get into a relaxed state than it has been previously. That's because this is very much like the 'trancelike' state people can access when they are being hypnotized. Under hypnosis, you are still very much awake, but your body is very relaxed and you are much more easily able to tap into your subconscious mind.

For many of us, it's much easier to access psychic abilities through our subconscious minds, so the more you practice techniques of remote viewing, the more skilled you will become at them.
