Remote Viewing For Everyone
What is remote viewing? It's a psychic ability that lets you see people, places and objects even though you can't actually 'see' them with your physical eyes. That is, you can't see them by normal means, but you can use your psychic ability, which is innate, and train it to see things even though you're not actually there physically to see them with your eyes.
Remote viewing is not the same thing as an out-of-body experience. Out-of-body experience is called astral traveling and it's the act of your ethereal essence, or your spirit leaving your body and traveling to a place away from where your physical body is.
In contrast to astral travel, remote viewing is a kind of psychic dowsing. That is, the remote viewer is using his or her psychic power to be able to see locations not visible to the physical eye. In other words, someone doing remote viewing is using a kind of ESP to 'see' what is happening within a given location.
Every person on this planet has latent psychic ability that he or she may not know is present. It may not have been developed in us when we were young. Most of us only use 10% of our brain's actual capacity, which means that 90% of our brainpower is untouched. In addition, it's untrained, so we don't know what to do with it even if we can access it.
Imagine what remote viewing can do for you. You could simply 'check in' and make sure your children were okay while at school or at a friend's house, for example, which gives you significant peace of mind as a parent. This type of security and peace is just one advantage to being able to use remote viewing; in fact, its benefits are priceless.
Remote viewing is different from other psychic abilities because anyone can learn how to become proficient in remote viewing. In fact, studies have shown that even so-called non-psychic people can easily use remote viewing once they've been taught to put themselves into a trancelike state sufficient enough to access it. And the results from this remote viewing were also very accurate.
Try these remote-viewing techniques for yourself.
*Find a comfortable chair in a quiet place and close your eyes. Make sure you're not distracted by anything like noises, television, bodily discomfort like having to go to the bathroom, and so on. You want to be completely free of distractions before you begin your remote viewing exercise.
*Regulate your breathing and try to breathe through your nose. If you feel the urge to yawn, try pressing your tongue gently against the roof of your mouth. This will suppress the urge to yawn and help control your breathing.
*Be willing to suspend any disbelief in remote viewing at least for the time being. Being willing to believe that remote viewing is indeed possible is a big part of any success you will have doing it. As you fall into an ever more deeply relaxed state, remind yourself that you are indeed capable of viewing places, events or people that you cannot physically see with your eyes at the present moment.
*Start by remote viewing a place or person you know very well. The easiest person would be yourself. Try to view yourself from a point directly in front of where you're sitting, as though looking into a mirror. Many people struggle with looking at themselves from the opposite perspective, but you'll gain some insight as to how others see you.
*Once you can see yourself from this kind of relatively simple remote viewing perspective, make it a little bit more challenging. Pick a location that you're very familiar with but that is nonetheless some distance away from you. For example, perhaps you can use a family member or friend's home as the location you want to see. As you train your 'remote viewing' on this location, take note of anything that may not be as it normally is when you've been there before. Perhaps there are books stacked on the coffee table or some scattered toys on the floor. Make note of these 'out of place' things that make this particular view unique from any others you have seen previously. As soon as you get a chance, call and ask your friend or family member to confirm what you saw with your remote viewing. Confirming that your view was accurate is very important, because it will give you greater confidence in your ability to do this type of remote viewing.
You can change these remote-viewing exercises once you practice enough so that you can include another person nearby you. This will give you more varied feedback and will also further attest to your accuracy. It will also give you results much more quickly. For example, instead of viewing people or places you want to see from a more remote location, have a friend sit in another room and repeat some kind of physical motion, like twirling hair, or waving a hand at you. Use remote viewing to try to see what your friend is doing and then have him or her give the results when you finish with this exercise.
Once you've practiced remote viewing, you might find that you can get into relaxed a much more quickly, too. This is because the state you have to be in when you do remote viewing is very similar to the 'trancelike' states achieved under hypnosis. People undergoing hypnosis are still very much alert and aware, but because their bodies are so relaxed, they can much more easily make contact with their subconscious minds.
It's much more easy to access your psychic abilities through your subconscious mind, and the more you practice remote viewing, the better you will be at it.
