Learn Remote Viewing - So Much To See!


Do you know what the term 'remote viewing' means? It's the ability to 'see' places, objects and people that are not actually within your line of sight visually. That is, you can't see or hear these people, objects or places by visual means, but you can use your own psychic ability to 'see' things within your mind's eye, even if you can't see them with your physical eyes.

Let's make a clarification, here, though. Remote viewing isn't the same as having an out of body experience. Instead, astral travel, also called an 'out of body experience,' actually involves you traveling in spirit form to witness firsthand an event or place.

Remote viewing is more like dowsing, where you're using your own mind's power to find whatever it is that you're seeking. The remote viewer actually uses a type of ESP to find whatever he's seeking.

All of us have psychic ability, but for some of us, it may be latent. That is, if it was never fully developed when we were children, it still exists within us, but we simply don't know how to tap into it or use it. And in fact, most of us only use about 10% of our brain's power, with 90% left untouched and unused, so that its potential is wasted.

Remote viewing gives you the ability to 'see' what's going on when you need to. For example, it may give you peace of mind as a parent to know that your children are okay because you can simply 'check in' on them whenever you need to. This peace of mind and security is simply invaluable.

The great part about remote viewing is that, unlike some other forms of psychic ability, anyone is able to learn the techniques. Independent studies have shown that lots of non-psychic people are able to learn how to slip into a trance-like state and then begin remote viewing with great success.

Here are some basic remote viewing exercises for you to try:

*Find a comfortable chair in a quiet place and close your eyes. Make sure you're not distracted by anything like noises, television, bodily discomfort like having to go to the bathroom, and so on. You want to be completely free of distractions before you begin your remote viewing exercise.

*Regulate your breathing and try to breathe through your nose. If you feel the urge to yawn, try pressing your tongue gently against the roof of your mouth. This will suppress the urge to yawn and help control your breathing.

*You should allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper into your relaxation. As you go into a light trance, you need to have a strong conviction or belief that you really are able to see people or places that you've never encountered physically.

*Start your remote viewing exercise by targeting something simple, so that you can show yourself you indeed are capable of this psychic ability. Perhaps you could 'place' yourself standing in front of your own currently relaxed self, with your standing self looking backward at your relaxed self. This can be difficult at first, but continue to patiently perform this exercise. Before long, you should be able to see yourself from this objective angle, as others see you. This is wonderfully surprising.

*Once you've mastered this exercise and can see yourself from a remote perspective in this way, try something a little bit more far-reaching. For example, maybe you can target a location that you're very familiar but that you are still some distance from, such as a friend or family member's home. Notice little things that may have changed since your last visit there, such as books on the coffee table, a new plant or flowerpot, or children's toys scattered on the floor. As soon as you can, call that person and ask him or her to confirm whether or not what you saw with your remote viewing is actually what was there. This type of reinforcement will show you that you really are capable of doing remote viewing, so it's important that you do this.

As you become more practiced, you can also try another type of remote viewing exercise. Instead of viewing places or people you want to see, try seeing if you can 'view' a friend who is doing a particular motion. Have a friend or family member sit in another room so that you can't see him or her, and then have them repeat a simple movement like hand waving or twirling hair. With your remote viewing skills, see if you can see what your friend or family member is doing and then compare notes to see how accurate you are.

When you've done your mind exercises a few times you'll notice that its suddenly much easier to get yourself into the trance-like state you need. This is very similar to the deepened level of relaxation people experience when undergoing hypnosis. You are still wide awake, but you're so relaxed you're able to reach into the sub-conscious levels of your mind.

Your psychic abilities are more easily reached via the sub-conscious, so the more easily you're able to sink into your relaxed trance, the more powerful your remote viewing techniques will become.
