Learn Remote Viewing - Alternative Universes


'Remote viewing' refers to the ability that allows you to see people, places and objects that you nonetheless can't actually view with your physical eyes. That is, you can't see these places, people or objects with your sense of eyesight, but you can do so with your own innate psychic ability, so that you can see things without actually having to physically be there.

However, there should be a distinction, here. Remote viewing is not the same as an out of body experience. Doing astral travel, or having an out of body experience, is actually where you travel in spirit form to view a place or an event 'in person,' not in your physical body, but with your spirit.

Remote viewing lets you as the psychic use your psychic powers to seek out what you want to find. It's a form of psychic dowsing. You as the remote viewer are using a kind of ESP to find what you're looking for.

Everyone is born with forms of latent psychic abilities that were never developed when we were children. In much the same way as we're taught to walk and talk in whatever language our parents spoke, if our parents had known how to access their own psychic abilities, they would have taught us these things too. Without that training, the ability remains dormant until you train it to emerge.

If you had the ability to reach out and realize that your kids are safe while they're away, wouldn't that give you an amazing feeling of relief? There are many beneficial reasons to learn how to open your mind the right way and use remote viewing to give you some peace of mind.

Remote viewing differs from other types of psychic ability because anybody can learn how to become a remote viewer. In fact, studies show that many so-called 'non-psychic' people have indeed demonstrated an ability to perform remote viewing once they've been put into a 'trancelike' state; once there, they could indeed produce results from remote viewing that were highly accurate.

Try these simple steps to remote viewing for yourself.

*Find a comfortable chair in a quiet place and close your eyes. Make sure you're not distracted by anything like noises, television, bodily discomfort like having to go to the bathroom, and so on. You want to be completely free of distractions before you begin your remote viewing exercise.

*Allow your body to release all tension and relax. When your eyes are closed, you might feel the urge to yawn. Try pressing your tongue lightly against the roof of your mouth and breathe through your nose. You'll find the urge to yawn vanishes and you'll find it much easier to control your breathing

*It's important to put aside any feelings of negativity or cynicism and think positively about what you're doing. As your relaxed state deepened, you should resolve your belief that you are able to control your own mind to view the things you want to see.

*Try something simple to get you started. For example, you could see yourself in your mind's eye as though you were standing in front of yourself in your relaxed state and looking back toward this relaxed self. It can be hard at first to allow your mind to see yourself in this manner, but with patience, you can do so. When you do achieve success and see yourself in this angle as others also truly see you, it will be a very pleasant and wonderful surprise for you.

*Once you can see yourself from this kind of relatively simple remote viewing perspective, make it a little bit more challenging. Pick a location that you're very familiar with but that is nonetheless some distance away from you. For example, perhaps you can use a family member or friend's home as the location you want to see. As you train your 'remote viewing' on this location, take note of anything that may not be as it normally is when you've been there before. Perhaps there are books stacked on the coffee table or some scattered toys on the floor. Make note of these 'out of place' things that make this particular view unique from any others you have seen previously. As soon as you get a chance, call and ask your friend or family member to confirm what you saw with your remote viewing. Confirming that your view was accurate is very important, because it will give you greater confidence in your ability to do this type of remote viewing.

You can change these remote-viewing exercises once you practice enough so that you can include another person nearby you. This will give you more varied feedback and will also further attest to your accuracy. It will also give you results much more quickly. For example, instead of viewing people or places you want to see from a more remote location, have a friend sit in another room and repeat some kind of physical motion, like twirling hair, or waving a hand at you. Use remote viewing to try to see what your friend is doing and then have him or her give the results when you finish with this exercise.

When you've done your mind exercises a few times you'll notice that its suddenly much easier to get yourself into the trance-like state you need. This is very similar to the deepened level of relaxation people experience when undergoing hypnosis. You are still wide awake, but you're so relaxed you're able to reach into the sub-conscious levels of your mind.

For many of us, it's much easier to access psychic abilities through our subconscious minds, so the more you practice techniques of remote viewing, the more skilled you will become at them.
