Is There A Right Time For Remote Viewing?
'Remote viewing' refers to the ability that allows you to see people, places and objects that you nonetheless can't actually view with your physical eyes. That is, you can't see these places, people or objects with your sense of eyesight, but you can do so with your own innate psychic ability, so that you can see things without actually having to physically be there.
However, remote viewing is not the same as having an out of body experience. An out of body experience, also called 'astral travel,' is where you travel in spirit form directly to the place or event you're viewing.
Remote viewing is a type of psychic dowsing. That is, you, the viewer, are using your own psychic powers to 'see' what is you are trying to see. You as the remote viewer are using a kind of ESP to see what it is you want to see.
Every person has a type of latent psychic ability that we never learned to use properly as children. When you consider that most of us use about 10% of our brain capacity, there's still the other 90% of dormant brainpower that we aren't sure how to make use of.
Imagine having the capacity and skill to be able to simply 'see' your children at a moments notice and know that they're safe even if you're not there physically with them. This can give you security and peace of mind that is simply invaluable.
Where remote viewing differs from other types of psychic abilities and functions is that most people can learn do it easily enough. There have been studies performed on non-psychics that show a little training and some mental exercise can result in positive results.
Here are some remote viewing techniques you can try:
*Sit in a comfortable chair where you're not going to be disturbed and close your eyes. Make sure it's quiet and that you have no distractions before you get started.
*Close your mouth and breathe deeply through your nose, relaxing as you do so. You may find it easier to control your breathing if you lightly press your tongue to the roof of your mouth. This will also help make it easier to avoid yawning during this phase of the exercise.
*You should allow yourself to sink deeper and deeper into your relaxation. As you go into a light trance, you need to have a strong conviction or belief that you really are able to see people or places that you've never encountered physically.
*Start by remote viewing a place or person you know very well. The easiest person would be yourself. Try to view yourself from a point directly in front of where you're sitting, as though looking into a mirror. Many people struggle with looking at themselves from the opposite perspective, but you'll gain some insight as to how others see you.
*Once you've mastered viewing yourself from this type of remote perspective, broaden the perspective of your remote viewing eye and try to see something a little farther away that is nonetheless a location you are very familiar with. Perhaps you can remotely view a familiar location such as a friend's or family member's home. As you scan around the room, take note of things that are distinctively out of place or otherwise not 'as usual,' such as books on the coffee table or dishes in the sink. When you can, call a friend or family member and confirm what you saw in your remote viewing. It's important that you do this, because affirming your accuracy will help cement just how capable you are of remote viewing. It's also a testament to what your mind really can do once you challenge it a little bit.
You can change these remote-viewing exercises once you practice enough so that you can include another person nearby you. This will give you more varied feedback and will also further attest to your accuracy. It will also give you results much more quickly. For example, instead of viewing people or places you want to see from a more remote location, have a friend sit in another room and repeat some kind of physical motion, like twirling hair, or waving a hand at you. Use remote viewing to try to see what your friend is doing and then have him or her give the results when you finish with this exercise.
One positive side effect to spending time practicing remote viewing is that you may find yourself much more adept at getting into a relaxed state as you do so. The relaxed state you put yourself into when you practice remote viewing is very much like the trancelike relaxation people are put into when they are put under hypnosis. Contrary to popular belief, hypnosis is a state where you are very alert and aware of what's going on around you, but you are also very relaxed. This state of extreme relaxation and alertness at the same time makes it much easier to get in touch with your subconscious mind.
All psychic abilities are accessed through the sub-conscious, so the more times you practice your remote viewing exercises the more you'll be able to achieve.
