Can Remote Viewing Really Be Learnt?
What is remote viewing? It's a psychic ability that lets you see people, places and objects even though you can't actually 'see' them with your physical eyes. That is, you can't see them by normal means, but you can use your psychic ability, which is innate, and train it to see things even though you're not actually there physically to see them with your eyes.
However, there's one distinction that needs to be made. Remote viewing is not the same as having an out of body experience. Having an out of body experience, also called 'astral travel,' occurs when you travel in spirit form to go and see an event or place.
With remote viewing your spirit never leaves your body at all. You're simply using your own ESP to locate and view the things you want to view.
Every human being has some kind of psychic ability that may or may not be latent. Some people may indeed use psychic ability freely as adults, but others have not been able to fully access their psychic ability when younger. It's perhaps not surprising that we only use about 10% of our brains capacity, with the remaining 90% idle and unused, untrained and untapped instead of being used to its full potential.
Let's take a look at a few things remotely link can do for you. For example, as a parent, you always worry about your children. Imagine being able to 'check in' on them and simply know that they're okay even when you're not physically with them. Using remote viewing for this kind of benefit gives you peace of mind that simply has no price.
Remote viewing is different than other kinds of psychic abilities because anyone can learn how to do remote viewing. In fact, remote viewing has been studied among non-psychic people, and it's been shown that once these people could be put into a trancelike state that was sufficient enough, they could indeed do remote viewing exercises and be very accurate with them.
Here are some remote viewing techniques you can try:
*Sit quietly in a comfortable chair and close your eyes. Make sure there are no distractions like noises, uncomfortable bodily feelings like hunger, etc. You want to be able to focus your entire attention on the exercise.
*Through your nose, breathe deeply, relaxing as you do so. It may be easier to control your breathing if you press your tongue to the roof of your mouth lightly. This will also help keep you from the natural propensity to yawn as you do this.
*As you do this, suspend any disbelief you might have as to how successful remote viewing is, at least temporarily and while you are in this state. As you go deeper and deeper into relaxation, it's key that you need to believe that you're capable of remote viewing, and of seeing events, place or people that you can't physically see with your eyes.
*Start by remote viewing a place or person you know very well. The easiest person would be yourself. Try to view yourself from a point directly in front of where you're sitting, as though looking into a mirror. Many people struggle with looking at themselves from the opposite perspective, but you'll gain some insight as to how others see you.
*If you're able to control the remote viewing of you sitting in position, try ranging your mind a little further a-field and view something that you know well. A family member's house is perfect for this. Try to notice any items that might look out of place, such as dishes on the sink or clothing hanging on the line. Then when you're done with your exercise, call that person and verify what you saw. This verification is important as it allows you to reinforce your own capacity to your own mind.
You can also change these remote-viewing exercises so that you can get feedback much more quickly. Have a friend or family member sit in another room of your home, out of your line of sight. Ask him or her to repeat some simple motion, such as waving a hand, twirling a strand of hair, etc. sit quietly and use remote viewing to see if you can see the action being performed. When it's done, ask whether or not your results were correct.
Once you've practiced remote viewing techniques for a while, you may find that it's quite easy to get into a relaxed state, much easier than previously. Getting into a relaxed state is very similar to the trancelike states people assume when they undergo hypnosis. Under hypnosis, one is still very much wide awake and aware of his or her surroundings, but the body itself is very relaxed and therefore hypnosis participants are much more easily able to access their subconscious minds.
It's much more easy to access your psychic abilities through your subconscious mind, and the more you practice remote viewing, the better you will be at it.
