Training Techniques That Can Help You Develop Your Ability to Practice Remote Viewing
It's a common misconception that an out of body experience is the same as remote viewing, but that's wrong. An out of body experience is also called after the travel, and with that commie travel in spirit form to see an event or place 'in person.'
Remote viewing training is not the same as having an out of body experience. Having an out of body experience, also called astral travel, occurs when you travel in spirit form (or incorporeally) to see a place or an event "in person."
Even if you don't think you are psychic, in fact you are. Every human being has at least some level of psychic ability and that is inborn naturally. The problem is, for many of us, this has not been fully developed in our youth. Because most of us only use about 10% of our brains' capacity, the vast majority of us have 90% of our brainpower left untapped and unused. In fact, this is a waste, and most of us are not quite sure what we could do with it.
Just imagine for a moment. What it would be like to look for your child and know that they were okay and safe such as at public park. Imagine the security and peace of mine you would have. The benefits would be priceless.
Why is remote viewing different from other psychic abilities? It can be learned by anyone who wants to develop the ability to remote viewing. Research shows there are many non-psychic individuals who have been taught to fall into a sufficient trance-like state and were able, with a high level of accuracy, to remote viewing.
Try these simple remote viewing training techniques for yourself:
1. Sit in a comfortable, quiet place and close your eyes. Clear of any and all distractions before you start.
2. Relax, breathing deeply through your nose as you do so. You'll likely find that your breathing is going to be easier to control if you 'relax' your tongue and press it lightly to the roof of your mouth. This will also discourage the natural tendency to yawn during this phase of your viewing.
3. Suspend your disbelief for the moment and believe that you do have the ability to practice remote viewing. Simply believing that you can do it will increase your success with remote viewing. As you go deeper into your relaxation, you need to be able to believe that you can see people, places and events that you've never actually physically seen.
4. Your training in remote viewing often starts by choosing a simple subject, just to show your mind that you are capable of achieving this type of psychic seeking. Begin by viewing yourself from the rear, in a place in front of you. Like you were looking at your relaxed body, while you sat there, through a mirror. Have patience, it may be difficult at first to permit your mind to see yourself in an opposite perspective. However, when you finally see yourself as others see you, and when you do, you will be in for a wonderful surprise.
4. One of the first things you can do with your remote training skills is to choose a simple target that will let you actually show your critical mind that you can indeed be successful at remote viewing. One simple way to start is to just view yourself from a place in front of you, as though you're looking back behind you at a relaxed body, as though you're looking through a mirror. It can be somewhat difficult to allow yourself to see yourself in this way, as others see you, but a little patience will help you see success. When you can see yourself as others see you, this will give you a wonderful surprise.
5. Once you've got the mental control that comes from being able to view yourself remotely, you can challenge yourself little bit and cast your remote viewing eye a little wider. One of the ways to do this is to pick a location you know very well, such as your parents' home or a friend's home, and focus. Cast your "eyes" about and notice small things that may be out of place like books on a table, or dishes in the sink, and make note of them. As soon as you can, call the person who lives there and ask if what you saw was real. This will reinforce that what you've seen is in fact accurate. This is important, because it'll show you that you really are capable of achieving this particular skill.
Once you've spent some time practicing these training techniques in remote viewing, you probably find it is much quicker and easier to get yourself into a relaxed state than it has been previously. The state you achieve when you do remote viewing is very much like the trancelike state people achieve when they're under hypnosis. Even though they're still wide awake, their bodies are relaxed and they can access their subconscious minds much more easily.
As you continue to practice, you'll find that it's much easier and faster to get yourself into a relaxed state than it has been previously. In fact, this relaxed state is similar to the trancelike relaxations people achieve when they're under hypnosis. They're still fully awake, but their body is fully relaxed, so that they can access their subconscious minds directly.
